منشور اخلاقی شرکت تولیدی تجاری سپنتا اروند برساد (گلاوا) بر مفاد زیر استوار است:
۱- ما بر این عقیده ایم که رسالت شرکت چیزی جز خدمت به مردم و مصرف کنندگان تولیدات شرکت نبوده و برای تحقق آن از هیچ کوششی دریغ نخواهیم ورزید.
۲- در انجام فعالیت ها ، استانداردهای حرفه ای را از لحاظ علمی رعایت نموده و کیفیت در تولید را فدای کمیت نخواهیم نمود.
۳-مامی کوشیم روش های نوینی را به کار ببندیم که در نهایت حافظ حقوق مصرف کنندگان محصولات و خدمات باشیم.
۴-رعایت ادب و نزاکت، عدالت و انصاف در ارائه خدمات خوب به مردم از جمله وظایف مهم و اساسی خود می دانیم.
۵-نظم ،وقت شناسی، مشتری مداری و کیفیت مطلوب پیوسته مورد توجه ما خواهد بود.
۶-ما بر این باوریم که پاسخگویی به نیاز مردم و مصرف کنندگان، آمادگی برای ارائه اطلاعات و مراقبت از فرآیند رفع مشکلات خریداران بسیار حائز اهمیت است و برای عمل به آن همواره خواهیم کوشید.
۷-باور ما به حقانیت خریدار، خدمت گیرندگان و ارزشمندی دیدگاه های ایشان است و همواره خواهیم کوشید از کاربرد تفکر خدمت گیرندگان برای بهبود امور حمایت کنیم.
